Why This Site Exists
Geneva County's official online sources reviewed for this project did not show a public 24-hour release feed, 72-hour release feed, or current jail roster with release fields. That makes the local workflow different from counties that publish rolling jail lists. A recent Geneva County Jail release often has to be checked through the sheriff or jail contact channel, then confirmed through the Geneva County Circuit Clerk if bond, court order, disposition, sentencing, probation, or dismissal caused the release.
State-prison releases follow a separate trail. - It cannot pull official booking records, certified court records, VNS records, or ADOC records on demand.
- It cannot provide legal advice or interpret a sentence, order, warrant, detainer, or expungement issue.
For an official custody or release answer, use the agency that holds the record: the sheriff or jail for Geneva County Jail bookings, the Circuit Clerk for court records, ADOC for state-prison records, ABPP for supervision, BOP for federal prison records, or ICE for immigration detention.
